Upgrade your English with university preparation English classes and gain access to university courses in Canada, without the stress of a formal exam. Bayswater’s University and College Pathway Program is designed for students wishing to study at a University or College in Canada, but who do not have the required English level.

You’ll graduate as a scholarly disciple who is dedicated to loving God and neighbor, devoted to civic engagement, and committed to seeking truth, beauty, and goodness. You’ll learn about good leadership, moral and intellectual virtue, and the Christian tradition as a high-achieving, academically motivated undergraduate student.

General English programs provide a pathway for students preparing for entry into the Secondary School Preparation or English for Academic Purposes programs, as well as the development of English language skills and recreational English.

Pathway English will improve your everyday and academic English skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. At higher levels, the course will help you prepare for the Academic IELTS test. You will have the opportunity to choose an elective class as part of your course. Possible electives include Business English, Academic English Skills, IELTS, Pearson PTE-A and Tourism and Hospitality.

The University Pathway Program (Undergraduate) is an 18 -25 unit program that provides pre-matriculated international students with the opportunity to earn credit toward their degree while improving their English language skills. Students will gain the English skills, academic and social acculturation, and foundational academic content necessary to thrive at SF State. Students will take a wide range of lower-division courses, primarily general education courses.

Bridging English (BE) is UQ College’s most popular English language pathway, with five entry points for admission into UQ programs. BE students can use their final BE assessment to satisfy the English language entry requirements for their UQ program.

The purpose of the English for High School Preparation (EHSP) is to provide English language instruction to prepare international students for studies at Australian high schools. EHSP classes focus on the language skills required for High School. The course is designed to help students develop the skills they need to be successful in a high school setting.

Cambridge English language tests are internationally recognised qualifications that are respected by companies, governments and universities worldwide. A Cambridge certificate can help you with further studies or to get a good job. Our Cambridge Test Preparation courses offer a focused specialised course of study that fully prepares you for the test. You will practise all the language skills you need to be an excellent communicator in English.

English for Academic Purposes is specifically designed to prepare you for your continuing tertiary education, at Certificate, Diploma, Foundation Studies, Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. You are taught English language skills that will enable you to succeed in an academic environment. Presentation skills, essay writing, and comprehensive listening tasks all give you the best advantage when you go on to study at an Australian University.

At ES, we will help you learn academic English skills to understand university lectures, write accurate essays, and communicate successfully in an academic context. English for Academic Communication (EAC) courses support international students and students with English as an additional language to participate fully and succeed in their UQ course. EAP is a course for intermediate English language students looking to pursue a tertiary level education offered at universities and colleges across Australia. The programme is developed around a core text with supplementary materials provided by the teachers from a range of authentic sources to facilitate real-life learning.

Wish to start or improve your career in marketing? Our English for Marketing course is the first step! This course is specially designed to help students or professionals in the marketing field gain useful English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills needed to have clear communication. Through our interactive and engaging lessons based on realistic scenarios, we will give you hands-on experience with the language used in relevant marketing topics such as product development, market research, making a marketing plan, and digital marketing, among others.
