Gain strategic leadership and management skills that will prepare you for work as an organizational leader in a wide range of industries. Explore broad management topics such as project management, decision making, team motivation, negotiation and conflict management, while exploring other business courses. This major will give you a strong foundation in business with an emphasis in leadership and management studies, and it's flexible enough for you to add a minor, certificate and specialized electives. For example, if you know you want to work as a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL), choose this major and a Human Resources minor.
