The programme is an online programme composed of 8 taught modules of 25 credits each, of which five are core modules and three are elective modules relating to a specialist stream, culminating in a research-based dissertation of 40 credits.

The programme assures the training of specialists with deep theoretic and practical knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence and vision of interactive systems and of their applications. Both traditional courses in the topic of Computer Science (Programming Engineering, Distributed Systems, Communication Networks, etc.) and specialty ones (Intelligent Systems, Artificial Vision, Semantic Web and Agents, Interactive systems, Artificial Vision for Mobile Systems, Natural Language, VR, etc.) are taught, targeting actual theory and practice aspects.

The EC2U Joint Master’s Degree “LIFELINE – Lifelong Well-being and Healthy Ageing” is a 2-year Master’s Degree (4 semesters, 30 ECTS each, 120 ECTS in total) that provides students with the knowledge, skills, professional and research competences necessary to the specialists of interdisciplinary approaches concerning lifelong well-being and healthy ageing. This degree is in line with professional practice within national and European public institutions and private companies and will form high-level experts in the bio-psychosocial fields related to well-being and ageing.

The Faculty of Philosophy, in a partnership with the Faculty of Business and Administration, are pleased to announce the launch of their new jointly organized MA program in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, starting October 2017. It is the first PPE program in Romania, and one of the very few in Eastern Europe.

The Master of Arts in Philosophical Counselling and Consultancy at the West University of Timișoara (UVT) Faculty of Letters, History, Philosophy, and Theology is a two-year, full-time international programme delivered in English. It is the first of its kind in Romania and one of the very few in Europe dedicated to the emerging field of philosophical practice. The programme equips students with applied theoretical knowledge and advanced skills to support individuals or groups who face existential, relational, ethical or decision-making challenges in personal, social or professional contexts. Drawing on a strong philosophical foundation and diverse international expertise, graduates are prepared to work as philosophical counsellors, consultants and facilitators in a variety of real-life settings.

The two-year master program in comparative politics taught in English at the Political Science Faculty of the University of Bucharest is among the very few of its kind in Central, Eastern, and South-East Europe. Master in Chemistry in Advanced Materials

This is a two-year research master programme aiming to provide students with various useful skills and insights needed to do independent intellectual work in philosophy at postgraduate level.

This is an interdisciplinary programme offered by the Faculty of Philosophy via the UNESCO Chair in Interculturality, Good Governance and Sustainable Development.

This two-year degree program aims to prepare future professionals of public affairs for higher adaptability to multicultural and increasingly digital work environments while contributing to advancing the local, national and global sustainable development and social responsibility efforts.

This programme was introduced because of our partnerships with the private sector. There is a strongly perceived need for the hospitality industry to develop a master programme in English. We also know that studying in English allows our students to extend their theoretical and practical education in one of our partner universities around the world.

The main aim of the Master is to deliver theoretical and technical knowledge in economics and business research with analytical and quantitative tools, integrating theoretical knowledge with its application to real economic problems. Taught completely in English, it offers fields of specializations in areas of Entrepreneurship and Business (with emphasis of innovation) as well as Applied economics. The specialised and multi-disciplinary nature of innovation process within the area of finance and management demands skills that are essentially based on statistical, mathematical and financial knowledge, but that also require a good understanding of accountancy, economics and the law.

The program provides the premises for the development of a unique managerial culture through an educational system that offers students the necessary skills for successfully conducting nowadays businesses. With classes taught entirely in English, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration develops a holistic approach of organizational management which revolves around a highly ranked curriculum incorporating theoretical and methodological aspects of business administration as well as practical aspects that define entrepreneurial behavior. After completion of this program, the graduates will have the necessary skills to identify business opportunities and develop business strategies for both start-ups and existing companies, to perform feasibility analysis of new business ideas and develop business plans, to apply concepts and principles of human resource management and knowledge management, to develop marketing strategies to sustain businesses, as well as to implement efficient operations within companies, and to apply strategic and ethical behavior.
