If you are also adjusting to a new place, a new culture, a new language, and new ways of learning, this first year is often very, very challenging. The UT1 Year is designed with you in mind as we walk through this first year together.

Our pathway programs prepare students for their entry into university. These programs train students in the Spanish language and three subjects to prepare for the PCE exams (UNED) to access Spanish universities. International students develop their fluency in Spanish both in speaking and writing while increasing their entry marks to apply to public universities in Spain.

The Engineering School offers undergraduate courses in four major subject areas including Design, Civil Engineering, Electronic and Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. All programmes are designed to produce highly qualified graduates who will take up demanding roles within the engineering, design and technology industries by developing leadership, innovation and creative skills, in addition to the core technical and analytical skills, to enable and encourage graduates to follow successful careers and aspire to senior managerial roles.

Design at Brunel is ranked 2nd in London and 5th in the UK (Complete University Guide 2018). In this pathway, you will gain the skills and knowledge on core concepts needed to understand 2D design, 3D Design, Specialist Design Project and Technical Design. With the fast- changing pace of design advances, you will experience learning at an individual as well as group level.

Successful completion of this pathway will lead to the award of one of the following from Swansea University: BSc (Hons) Biochemistry, BSc (Hons) Biochemistry and Genetics, BSc (Hons) Genetics, BSc (Hons) Medical Biochemistry, BSc (Hons) Medical Genetics.

The Hague Pathway College International Foundation Year will prepare you for success in a number of varied degree programs at THUAS, including business, banking, behavioral and social sciences.

This course is ideal if you have a strong interest in business or wish to boost your employability by gaining a higher-level business qualification. It'll develop your analytical business skills and prepare you for the working environment. You'll be introduced to the general business environment and the fundamentals of business. You'll examine business issues from a range of perspectives, learning to analyse management problems and find workable solutions.

The Hague Pathway College International Foundation Year in Engineering and Technology will prepare you for success in THUAS’s English-taught, Bachelor’s programs in Engineering and Technology. THUAS’ expert lecturers and industry leaders will teach you how to develop smart engineering and technological solutions to meet today’s challenges across a wide variety of fields and industries.

In this pathway, you will gain a broad business and management background and the analytical, technical and interpersonal skills needed to understand, analyse and address the issues facing today's companies. By choosing particular modules in the later stages of your degree you will also be granted exemptions from select professional examinations in the fields of accounting, marketing or business and management.

This pathway will help you gain the skills and knowledge of the core concepts needed to understand computing and their application in organisations. With the fast-changing pace of technological advances, you will experience learning at an individual as well as group level, ranging from report writing to designing your own business web page.

Brunel University London Bachelor of Laws (Honours) is a qualifying law degree that allows you to progress directly to the vocational stage of training to become a solicitor or barrister. It is a flexible course that enables you to focus on areas that interest you and develop your own specialisation to meet the requirements of your chosen career. Potential specialisations include criminal law, family law, human rights law and international law.

Designed for both UK/EU and international students, our BA (Hons) Education programme considers education in a wide context, not just within formal primary and secondary school settings, but also Further/Higher Education, social services, local and national government, and education within the community.

Psychology is the scientific study of the brain and behaviour. Students will study the psychological and neuroscientific processes that underpin daily activities such as thinking, reasoning, memory and language, learn the consequences of brain injury and how to improve health-related behaviour.
