About this program

MSc Human Resource Management

The MSc Human Resource Management in Groningen is a small-scale, diverse and social Program with close links to business practice. You learn about the strategic and operational perspective of HR. On a strategic level, you will study how to match the supply and demand of personnel, and anticipate how this is affected by changes inside and outside the organisation. On an operational level, you will learn about the recruitment, selection, performance, and well-being of employees. Moreover, you will follow an HR analytics course, in which you will learn how to use data science, digital personnel systems, and online platforms to evaluate the HR performance of an organisation and provide evidence-based suggestions for improvement. Next to the core courses, the MSc HRM includes electives on various topics (e.g. stress and health, technological development, internationalisation of business, or business ethics).
