Master Programme in Textile and Fashion Design, Specialisation in Textile Interaction Design
Want to educate yourself in fashion and textile design? Are you looking for an education that encourages an experimental and exploratory approach? Then the Master’s Programme in Fashion and Textile Design might be the education for you. In the school’s laboratories, you get the opportunity to test many of your design ideas.
Textiles can be responsive, adjustable and emergent, physical or digital and accordingly the design of them extends also into the field of textile interaction design. The Master's Programme in Textile and Fashion Design aims to further develop and deepen your artistic, technical, theoretical and reflective skills and abilities as textile/fashion designers.
To specialise in Textile Interaction Design is about exploring and developing textiles that behave and exist in relation to their surroundings, bodies, actions, humans, and other species, where questions and issues about textile interaction centered expressions are explored and developed from a wide range of perspectives – environmental, ethical, technical, cultural.
