Dr Eugenio Sanchez-Moran, program Leader for MSc Molecular Biotechnology
"Our society needs to adjust to the increasing challenges ahead as a consequence of increasing population and pollution, of climate change, of new health care constraints and the reduction of food security. Biotechnology has driven applied sciences in industrial, pharmaceutical and agriculture accomplishments of the last century, and it will lead the pathway to the changes needed to adapt and develop our prospects as a Global Society. Our aim is to produce graduates with the precise practical skills and scientific knowledge to allow them to be key players in the next biotechnology revolutions."
