MSc in e-Governance Technologies and Services
Estonia has become a success story for its e-government and innovative e-solutions in Europe over the last decade. This important program from TalTech takes a leap into the future of e-Governance education.
Students will gain a broad understanding of the makings of a modern state, and the management and development of e-governance. The program mainly explores IT solutions at government level, but also works with different faculties in the university to cover other aspects of e-governance, such as law, public management and economics.
- Focuses on designing, developing and improving governmental systems and implementing e-government components at every level of the state
- Specialization in IT technologies, innovation/services in the public and private sector or adoption and marketing of e-government
- User-oriented services offered by government that are based on information and communication technologies
- Offers experience in the industry, practical research and project work already during studies, for example at the “e-state technologies laboratory”
Applicants will need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or ICT. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Social Science or Law fields.
- Motivation letter
- Online interview

For non-EU citizens, there are tuition fee waivers are available. A tuition fee waiver is a scholarship that grants free education based on the points gained in the course of admission. It is automatically awarded to the best candidates according to the points gained in the course of admission. Scholarship is awarded for the whole study period.
