Program description

Nursing encompasses autonomous and collaborative care of individuals of all ages; families, groups and communities; sick or well and in all settings. It includes the promotion of health; prevention of illness; and the care of ill, disabled and dying people. Nurses are advocates for people in their care, are involved in management, education and research and use clinical judgement in the provision of best quality of care. This course integrates theory and practice with clinical placements in each year. It will enable you to deliver high standards of nursing care with confidence. You will experience interactive learning and assessment, including practice in our Clinical Simulation Suite.
