Leadership and Organization: Societal Challenges and Organizational Changes, Master's Program (Two-year)
The program will equip you with advanced knowledge of leadership and organization theory. You will be looking at societal challenges facing both people and organizations, which require collaboration across sectors such as globalization and digitalization.
This two-year master’s Program provides you with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing today’s organizations and businesses, focusing on the relationship between societal challenges and leadership and organization as well as the intersection between the private, public and non-profit sector. The education is multidisciplinary and includes perspectives from sociology, pedagogy, business administration and political science.

Bachelor's degree, consisting of 180 credits. The equivalent of English B/ English 6 in Swedish secondary school.

Degree of Master of Arts (120 Credits) with a Major in Leadership and Organization.
To obtain a degree a minimum of 120 credits is required. At least 90 credits must be second cycle courses within the main area Leadership and Organization. The program's compulsory second and fourth semester courses must be completed and included in the degree.
