Bachelor in Aviation Engineering
The bachelor program in aviation prepares you to become a part of the aviation industry. You'll learn the principles of aerodynamics, the materials used for production of aircrafts, their structures and types, behavior of these materials during the flight, and acquire the skills for design, production and technical maintenance of aircrafts, as well as find solutions for other issues related to creative engineering activities in aviation.
The aviation program was designed according to the recommendations of Administration of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania, it preconditions for the acquisition of the license of aircraft technician or engineer, while guest lecturers-practitioners, who take part in the study process, provide information about the innovations in the areas of technologies and design.
Focus: Aircrafts – planes, gliders, helicopters
Technologies – avionics, diagnostics, production
Drawings – two-dimensional, three-dimensional space, design. Constructions – structure, interaction, effective forces
Laboratories: Aerodynamics, Avionics and Nanosatelites, etc. Partners: Ryanair, FL Technics, Deftools

Admission requirements for the Bachelor's in Aviation Engineering at Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania are:
- A senior high school diploma with a good average grade (min. CGPA>60%)
- Minimum average grade (CGPA) > 60 % in each entry subject: final school/state exams of Mathematics and Physics
- Proficiency in English: IELTS ≥5.5, TOEFL ≥75, CEFR ≥B2, or equivalent
