Global Master in Real Estate Development

The Global Master in Real Estate Development (GMRED) is a part-time world-class program that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional education. With a focus on technology and sustainability, students explore the relationship between Real Estate development, investment and city infrastructure from a wholly global perspective.

Discover the relationship between architecture, urban planning, business and cities—and how they can apply to existing complex real-estate projects. In order to become leading professionals of the future, our online Master’s Degree in Real Estate students may stay on the latest trends, apply innovative digital tools and have a sustainable, holistic understanding of current Real Estate factors.

Freshmen Students

English Proficiency Requirements

All our programs are taught fully in English therefore all candidates will have their English communication skills assessed during the admissions process.

The possession of language certificates is not mandatory, particularly if candidates have spent the last 2 years in an English speaking country or studied in an Anglophone educational system (such as American High School, IB in English or A-levels).

Language Test guidelines:

  • TOEFL: minimum 90, 100 points recommended
  • IELTS: minimum 7 points
  • Cambridge: CAE (with marks A, B and in some cases C with a strong oral conversation) or CPE
  • Duolingo English Test: minimum 115 points, 120 or higher recommended

Worldwide Real Estate Projects C40 Reinventing Cities

For the final project students will form multidisciplinary teams, in which they will decide on a project that they will then develop and present in front of a jury of investors and professional developers. This will be a real-world project, inspired by the international urban contest—Reinventing Cities— which is run yearly by the C40 Cities thinktank.
