Airline and Airport Management
Our BA (Hons) in Airline and Airport Management will help give you the knowledge and practical experience to pursue a career in the operations, planning, security, marketing and management of airlines as well as airports, ground handlers and cargo operators.
Designed with insight from a range of aviation and industry experts, this course highlights the constant changes within the industry and you’ll benefit from our deep and specialised knowledge of aviation and strong links to industry. You’ll also be given the chance to run your own simulated aviation business in our interactive financial management module.
Our lecturers have excellent links with members of the aviation community and they’re perfectly placed to offer you career advice specific to the sector.

What are the course entry requirements?
A typical offer will be a UCAS Tariff score of 80. A minimum of two full A-levels (or equivalent) is required. Every application is considered on an individual basis.

By the time you graduate, you’ll have gained practical work experience and an in depth knowledge of the aviation sector. This will make you highly employable in the aviation and tourism industries and qualified to pursue a career in the operations or marketing areas of airlines, airports, ground handlers and cargo operators. Some of the larger airlines and airports offer a limited number of placements on graduate management training Programs which you will be eligible to apply for too.
