Career opportunities

Our graduates work at international sporting organisations across the world including various federations, FIFA, UEFA, The International Olympic Committee, FIBA, Adidas, Lagardere and many more. The degree's 360 approach to learning means that our graduates can go on to work in a number of diverse roles from broadcast, media, management, events, athlete development and many many more.

Ben Cohen, 2008 graduate is now director-general of the International Testing Agency:

“The AISTS offers a one-of-a-kind platform to meet top sport officials and exchange with them on all latest developments affecting sport. I truly recommend this program to anyone wishing to step into international sport administration. In addition to a masters degree, the program offered me lifelong friends from all over the world and a unique network of alumni."

Tina Sharma, 2018 graduate is now Head of Media & PR at FISU, the Federation of University Sports:

"I was very clear, right from the beginning that it had to be the AISTS MAS program for me, or nothing. I wanted to work in sport governance and administration, rather than the commercial side of the sport industry – and for this, there is no other program quite like the AISTS. For me, what sets the AISTS apart from all the other programs in the world, is the fact that it is in Lausanne, nestled in the midst of all the International Federations that govern sports. The network and value this provides are incomparable. The program draws upon this strength by ensuring the involvement of top industry leaders, including the IOC."

Not only all the different ages and levels of work experience, but also the many different undergraduate degrees, different genders and multiple different ethnicities made learning exciting and new. The program gave an amazing breadth of informat...
