This Skills Programme is part of a SABPP accredited full qualification, FET Certificate: Human Resources Management and Practices Support, SAQA ID 67463, NQF Level 4, and has been designed to provide learners with an understanding of the relationships within the South African labour market.

Provides hands-on practice of the skills needed to deliver effective training sessions to groups. Participants will learn how to structure and design training sessions and how to make them interesting, stimulating and fun. Participants are assessed on their design and delivery of a short training session and on successful completion of the programme they will be awarded the Professional Trainer Certificate. Suitable candidates include managers and supervisors responsible for company training, Human Resources Personnel, and Training Managers and Coordinators.
