KEDGE Values
They are the basis of the school's managerial culture. They are the result of the reflections carried out as part of our Kedge25 strategic plan.
- High standards: are part of KEDGE's pedagogical identity and are part of the culture of measurement and results. The School is therefore as demanding with its students regarding their knowledge base (both in traditional disciplines and in more recent subjects), as it is with itself regarding the level of its programmes and the student experience.
- Commitment: KEDGE pays particular attention to the level of commitment of its employees and students to the School, to the regions and to society.
- Open-mindedness: for the School, this means active listening and an inclusive approach.
- Integrity: this translates into exemplary behaviour by everyone through best practices.
- Humility: and the ability to question oneself in order to learn from one's mistakes and innovate. For KEDGE, it is necessary to know how to build on the qualities but also on the flaws of each person, in order to bring out the talents.
