The Certificate in Leading Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), offered by the Institute for Equity, University Centre is the first UK accredited course in EDI in the country. It is designed to support anyone, in any organisation with responsibility for leading EDI. It is combines theory with practice and offers participants lots of practical tools to improve systems, policies, structures and leadership through the lens of belonging and identity.

Through a critical and analytical lens, the Master's in Research in Communication and Diversities emphasizes the power relations and structures of violence present in the current media and communication ecosystem, with the aim of addressing social and cultural needs. It seeks to understand the role of the media in the construction and representation of difference and diversities and to be capable of thinking and building concrete social actions with social impact.
