Industry demand shows that Group Exercise Instructors with combined Fitness and Yoga skills are highly sought after for their ability to teach diverse classes.

You’ll build practical skills in anatomy, posture, sequencing, and coaching – along with hands-on experience to help you feel confident and job-ready in the health, fitness, and wellness industries.

For a limited time only, when you package these two courses, you’ll get $1,000 off the second course — that’s $250 off per term!

The program features career-ready training, including outdoor learning and hands-on sessions in commercial fitness facilities such as Fitness First and Goodlife Health Clubs. Graduates receive professional recognition and are eligible to register as Level 1 Yoga Teachers (300 hours) with Yoga Australia. Practical Training

Our Certificate III in Fitness provides a well-rounded approach with lessons combining theoretical learning with practical, hands-on training. Students benefit from opportunities to develop their skills in real gym environments located close to their campuses. Through our partnerships with Fitness First and Goodlife Health Clubs, students have access to state-of-the-art gym facilities to confidently apply what they’ve learned in theory. During the summer, some trainers also take classes outdoors for a fresh training experience. Both our Melbourne and Sydney campuses are equipped with on-site yoga studios, offering dedicated spaces for practical training.

Our Certificate IV in Yoga Teaching delivers a balanced curriculum, blending comprehensive theory with practical experience. Students gain a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, health and safety, and client relations, while deepening their yoga practice under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Upon successful completion of the course, graduates are eligible to register as Level 1 accredited teachers with Yoga Australia, fulfilling the 300-hour training requirement.
