Executive Training Corporate Strategies, Organizational Governance and Resilience (SEGOR) builds on a new approach to political science, geo-economics, and the ability of organizations to define a level of resilience tailored to their needs. Adapting organizations to a multipolar and conflictual world is one of our educational priorities. Designed for professionals and leaders in activity, the training is organized around ten seminars over two days. The seminars take place in the center of Paris on Friday and Saturday of each month. Emphasis is placed on feedback and lessons learned in terms of strategy and management of power relationships. An exercise concludes this innovative approach. It aims to test the participants' abilities to concretely integrate the principles of a resilience approach.
