The Faculty of Food Technology is the largest educational establishment in food industry in Moldova. The specialty „Industrial Chemistry” (food industry profile) at the Faculty of Chemistry within the State University of Moldova was established in 1959 and represents the origin of our faculty. The specialty was included in the Faculty of Chemistry.

At the Free International University of Moldova, students in Management Media, Marketing Online, and Business Communication master program practice the application of innovative digital solutions to strategic communications problems in both traditional and new media businesses. This master program is oriented towards a complex training of specialists in the general field of study 032 Journalism and Information. Students will be immersed in holistic studies of the overall media environment and management strategies with a view to applying the knowledge and skills in media operations. It offers a real possibility for graduates of social and humanities faculties to take a safe step towards adequate professional training, to acquire or to get more knowledge and skills necessary for a future career in the multidimensional sphere of journalism, media processes and social communication.

The Master's Program in Business Management and Entrepreneurship has been designed to allow participants to understand the internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises, to develop the students' understanding and knowledge of global business environments, strategic management, and innovation as well as customer relationship management in international markets. The master degree program Business Management and Entrepreneurship lasts two years (four semesters) and has 120 ECTS, it is composed of fundamental course unities for the 1st semester in order to develop core knowledge and skills. The 2nd semester has course unities oriented on specific policies and strategies for the master's degree program. The course unities of the 3rd semester are directed to knowledge implementation. During the second year, students are able to customize their studies through increased flexibility and a choice of various elective courses. Students will have to participate in an internship in order to put their learning experience into practice and they will conclude their studies with a research-oriented master thesis.

The master's program is aimed at training specialists in the field of Economic Sciences. The Master's program in Management, Marketing, and Logistics, with a duration of two years (four semesters) and the accumulation of 120 ECTS, is composed of fundamental course units concentrated in the first semester for the development of knowledge skills. The second semester includes course units oriented towards the policies and strategies specific to the master's program. The course units from the third semester are directed towards the implementation of the knowledge-based on the study of the functional and branch specialization modules. During the second year, students are able to customize their studies through increased flexibility and a choice of various elective courses. Students will have to participate in an internship in order to put their learning experience into practice and they will conclude their studies with a research-oriented master thesis.
