The Post-Degree Diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology merges workplace behavior insights with therapeutic practices, enabling professionals to effectively address a range of client needs. By applying I/O psychology principles, therapists can assist clients in achieving a healthier work-life balance, exploring career options, and managing organizational stress.

This program consists of the SkilledTrades – Heavy Mechanical Trades – Foundation training and a 2-week, mandatory work experience placement. There are four mechanical trades paths introduced in this program.

The Millwright Foundation Program consists of 24 weeks of foundation training and a 3 week (90 hour) practicum requirement and will provide the skills required for students to obtain level 1 technical training.

The Software Developer post-graduate certificate will prepare you for the challenges of developing software products and web applications for clients. Software Developer is designed to expand your current knowledge and skills into the fields of technology, computer applications, data communications, data design, and software analysis and design.

This 2-year program will prepare students to write, modify, integrate and test computer code for software applications and includes an internship that will provide students with Canadian work experience.
