2 Podiatry PhD Degree Programs

Students studying the field of podiatry undergo various forms of teaching, including lectures, research projects, and clinical practice, to understand various disorders of the foot and other lower limbs and determine the best method of diagnosis and treatment.

Requirements for the PhD program often involve the student having already obtained a Master’s degree. Additionally, a thesis or dissertation primarily consisting of original academic research must be submitted. In some countries, this work may even need to be defended in front of a panel.
