1 General Management PhD Degree Programs

Learning organizational behavior, strategic management and a wide range of leadership skills are all necessary for general management. Practicing these skills allows individuals to think through unique problems, be an effective leader, and make sound decisions.

Requirements for the PhD program often involve the student having already obtained a Master’s degree. Additionally, a thesis or dissertation primarily consisting of original academic research must be submitted. In some countries, this work may even need to be defended in front of a panel.
