8 Engineering MSc Degree Programs in Asia

Research in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering is conducted by 19 senior faculty members, seven professors emeriti, 18 research associates, between five and 10 post-doctorates, about 40 Ph.D. students, and about six MSc students.

The Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering is offered in NTU and is intended to equip students with the latest postgraduate level knowledge in materials science and engineering. This programme will use the latest online learning tools and the students can select any combination of these courses with conventional face-to-face courses available] to make up to 30 AUs through the wide selection of courses offered in the curriculum.

The Master of Science in Sustainability and Environmental Engineering (MSc SEE) is a graduate programme that provides students with advanced knowledge and skills in the fields of environmental science, engineering and sustainable resource management practices.

M.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering invests continual efforts in providing students with hands-on experience in laboratory classes that develop skills and experience in engineering in three major clusters: Medical Biotechnology, Nanobiotechnology, Energy, and Environmental Biotechnology. The broad topics of research covered by BTE include microbiology, biochemistry, genetic engineering, renewable energy, nutraceuticals, medical sciences, biological drugs, tissue engineering, stem cells, and synthetic biology.
