10 Mentoring Degree Programs

Aurora University's online Doctor of Education in Instructional Leadership: Coaching and Mentoring will equip you with the knowledge base and practical skills to become a leader in education. In the online program, you'll work together with a cohort of like-minded students to address issues in the field as you build a strong network of educational leaders. In 3-6 years, you will become prepared to bridge the gaps between theory and practice as you implement positive, lasting change in education.

MLC has seven graduate-level mentoring courses required for the Mentoring and Coaching Certificate, a total of nine credits. These courses are designed to support our mentors and allow them to earn credit toward their Master of Science in Education degree at MLC.

The CMI Level 5 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring are designed for working managers at middle management level and those aiming for senior management positions, who want to develop their coaching and mentoring skills linked to their management and business goals. These courses focus on management coaching, mentoring practices and the management of action learning.

This component part of the Postgraduate provision focuses on a combination of an independent and mentor-led learning experience. You will respond to industry project briefs. You will engage in a mix of individual tutorials and group critiques with peers to discuss your approach to research, developmental processing of ideas, selection and editing considerations, to the execution of those ideas into making and the visual communication of them.

For teachers aiming to support students in a variety of contexts, Campbellsville University's online Director of Pupil Personnel certification will equip you with the tools to advance your career in administrative roles. As an advocate for students, the 12 credit-hour certificate program, available as a Traditional or Option 6 program, will prepare you to become a Christian servant leader that that gives students the platform to succeed in school and beyond.

This program is designed for individuals who hold a bachelor’s degree and are currently certified to teach in grades pre-K-12— responds to the growing need for special education teachers.

The Master of Science in Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6) offered by the SUNY Old Westbury School of Education is designed as a path to professional teacher certification in Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6).

We offer you the framework and manual, including handouts of an eight-week Personal Development Course, which has been delivered to and validated by various groups and organisations and includes Self-Esteem, Effective Communication Skills and Assertiveness Training.

This course is designed to deepen your appreciation of methods for connecting with your inner spiritual resources.
