This profile enables entrepreneurship in communication, integration into digital media teams and research in digital content and culture.

The aim of the MSCA is to train engineers to design, build and adjust electronic systems for the space environment. In electronic systems we include technologies related to computer control and automation systems, telecommunications systems and sensor systems used in space. This training will have an obstinacy, always present: acquisition of skills to develop efficient and 100% reliable equipment in a hostile environment, such as space. It is intended to develop personal and interpersonal skills that facilitate academic and professional integration in an environment where challenges are permanent. Teamwork and business management, assimilated throughout this training, will allow finding solutions to the challenges arising from the space industry.

The development of information and communication technologies and the constant appearance of new telecommunications services and applications in the information society lead to a promising future for the telecommunications sector, in which highly qualified professionals will participate. 5G networks or the internet of things were born to respond to new needs of society, in which proper development and use of technologies, applications, services and content will contribute to the success of an economic growth model based on in increasing competitiveness and productivity.

The MECT aims to provide solid training in the fields of specialization of computer systems, information technology and telecommunications. It intends to train engineers capable of performing functions of planning, design, development and research of computational and connectivity systems and infrastructures, both for high performance and for specific applications, in areas as important today as cyber-physical systems, 5G telecommunications networks, data centers, wireless local area networks and sensor networks, among others. Following a +40 years strong tradition at AU in engineering training in Telecommunications and Electronics, this master's degree provides a high quality specialization in this field, recognized by several business and industrial sectors, national and foreign. To respond to the continuing expansion of ICTs, this course enables an aggregated specialization in Electronics, Telecommunications and Control and Automation, providing direct guidance for business and industrial activities.
