The Master´s degree in Communication as a Historical-Social Agent is a one-year postgraduate program that provides an excellent opportunity to enhance the students´ achievements in their undergraduate course of study by implementing a broad range of interdisciplinary contents that include History, Journalism, Sociology, Audiovisual Communication and Advertising, among many others. Completion of the Master's will allow students to opt for jobs that require higher qualifications and specialisation, and will fundamentally be a starting point for a career in research activities, which should be complemented by the development of a Doctoral Thesis.

The University Master's Degree in Research in Vision Sciences (MICCV) is an inter-university degree, aimed at university research and teaching training, which is the first step towards a doctoral thesis. It offers comprehensive training in Vision Sciences, combining biomedical, physical-optical and neurophysiological aspects, as well as the essential prior preparation for a future scientific researcher and university teacher. The Institute of Applied Ophthalmobiology (IOBA), of the University of Valladolid, is responsible for the academic coordination of this master's degree, in which the Universities of Alcalá, Complutense de Madrid, Murcia and Santiago de Compostela also participate.
