This master’s degree program was officially established in the 110 academic years approved by the Ministry of Education. In order to meet the needs of China’s high-tech industry development and traditional industrial upgrading, this program focuses on smart manufacturing and big data science to cultivate students. It also learns to integrate artificial intelligence, big data science, and cloud computing into intelligent and automated production, and jointly cultivate intelligent manufacturing and information application talents.

Masters of Engineering and Technology can occupy leading positions of the highest and middle level in industrial enterprises of various industries; in industry research and design organizations; in factory laboratories; to conduct pedagogical activities in secondary vocational educational institutions.

The educational objectives of the Master's Program of Precision Machinery and Manufacturing Technology are 1. Cultivate mechanical R&D talents who combine theory and practice. 2. Cultivate mechanical R&D talents with independent thinking and self-learning. 3. Cultivate mechanical R&D talents with communication, coordination, and integration capabilities. 4. Cultivate machinery R&D talents with macroscopic, innovative, and mature industry trends.

The 2nd cycle in Technology Management and Innovation aims to provide, through a scientific approach, advanced, consistent, and up-to-date training to create highly qualified professionals able to both solve problems related to practical applications in an industrial environment and eventually follow a research career in this scientific field. Students should gain skills that will enable them to further use the knowledge learned autonomously, thus becoming valuable assets in the corporate and industrial organizations in their field. The MSc program also seeks to attract students from different academic backgrounds from other universities, Management and Engineering, and working professionals in the aeronautics, automotive, and construction fields, among others, who look forward to specializing in this field and further advance their careers.

The Master’s Degree in Process Engineering - MIP (from the Spanish Maestría en Ingeniería de Procesos) is an on-campus “deepening master’s degree” offered in Colombia along with the possibility of being granted a double master’s degree: International Master of Business Administration - MBA, granted by the Institut Supérieur de Gestion - ISG (Paris, France).

You will achieve skills needed for higher level management in the feed milling industry and related industries. This master study is also an excellent background for further scientific research in feed technology.

The MSc in International Food Safety, Sustainability and Innovation takes a holistic, farm-to-fork approach, acknowledging that optimized sector performance and control often require the interconnection of key practices and initiatives across the supply chain. The MSc program is delivered part-time through online distance learning and is tailored to the needs of individuals progressing their careers in technical management, and also those seeking to advance careers in quality, hygiene, and product/process development roles.

This innovative one-year master’s program combines a foundation in bioprocessing and biomanufacturing theory, with experiential learning at CBET. Students will develop and run live bioprocessing projects from start to finish, using industry-standard equipment in a simulated cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) environment. Following successful completion of their course work and laboratory requirements, students will complete an internship with one of CBET’s biopharmaceutical industry partners. Wits University offers the International Institute of Welding course leading to the IWE ( International Welding Engineer -[BScEng graduates]) and IWT ( International Welding Technologist [BTech graduates]). Wits University is an Approved Training Body (ATB) for the International Institute of Welding (IIW). Successful completion of the courses (60% min/each module and a 95% attendance record) entitles the candidate to apply for IIW registration.
