Learn more about Epistemology MA degree programs

In the study of epistemology, students examine the very nature of knowledge. Using philosophical methodologies, students probe the concepts of rationality and reason. They learn how degree perception and reality influence each other, and if pure reality can even truly be experienced.

An MA is a master’s degree awarded to students that have completed a program studying humanities or fine arts subjects such as history, communications, philosophy, theology or English. A Master of Arts degree typically requires coursework, research and written examinations.
