Practical management skills

Our program includes carefully selected subjects without any unnecessary components. We believe in active learning through experience and experimentation. Students learn through workshops, group projects, discussions, debates and simulations.
Problem diagnosis, creative thinking
Modern organizations require that their managers provide creative approaches to management, effectively identify the constantly changing needs of the digital world, and be able to diagnose problems and implement innovative programs. We show our students how to lead such projects. During classes, together with industry experts, we analyze various business scenarios and develop optimal solutions.
Experts in organizational psychology
The economy, business, and management are not always ruled by rational and quantifiable factors. Organizations consist of people, not only employees but also clients and customers. Therefore, our program includes elements of psychology, which will allow you to understand peoples’ motivations and will give you tools for building good relationships, identifying needs and conflict resolution.
