It is unquestionable that every work activity implies a risk for workers. This reality has generated a new business need, which requires the fulfillment of a set of specific obligations that are increasingly rigorous on the part of entrepreneurs.
These obligations are based on a set of specific regulations and regulations that start from an agency at the highest level, and are gradually incorporated into each of the countries, gradually adjusting to the local level.
If to this is added the increasingly broad social demand, which requires regulation and surveillance of health and safety conditions, one understands the interest of organizations, whatever their size, in achieving management of the occupational health and safety that allows them to control their risks and comply with current legislation.
