It is a hybrid learning in which in face-to-face work, the teacher explains content, organizes the work, requests the development of tasks, proposes axioms, resolves doubts, etc. All of this is combined with online work where research is encouraged to carry out tasks either individually or through collaborative work, thus developing their capabilities, carrying out continuous self-assessment controls.
THE CASE METHOD
Initiated at Harvard University, the case method appears as the need for students to face real situations and have to make decisions, evaluate actions, make informed judgments, etc.
It is an active learning technique, focused on the student's investigation of a real and specific problem that helps the student acquire the basis for inductive study.
It starts from the definition of a specific case so that the student is able to understand, know and analyze the entire context and the variables that intervene in the case.
The objectives of this technique are:
- Train future professionals capable of finding for each particular problem the expert, personal solution adapted to the given social, human and legal context.
- Work from a professional approach on the problems of a specific environment.
The professional approach is based on a real problem, with its elements of confusion, sometimes contradictory, just as they occur in reality and a professional description, theoretically well-founded, is requested, comparing the specific situation presented with the theoretical model, identifying the peculiarities of the case, propose strategies for solving the case, apply and evaluate the results. - Create learning contexts that facilitate the construction of knowledge and favor the verbalization, explanation, contrast and reworking of ideas and knowledge.
Prácticas y bolsa de trabajo

Prácticas educativas
The internships aim to provide comprehensive training for the student through a parallel educational program at the university and in the company, combining theory and practice. The MBA in Protocol, Creation, Design and Event Management includes 5 ECTS in internships in its study plan
Likewise, the EIP promotes its own events that, under the direction of qualified experts, are managed by the students themselves, thus having another opportunity to approach the real market. Finally, the School, through its event organization company, NHV, encourages the participation of students as assistants, juniors, seniors and coordinators in all the events it organizes, which constitutes not only a perfect complement to their training, but the beginning of their development and professional maturity.
