The Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering program provides a comprehensive technologic and scientific preparation for engineers in following four key areas of Civil and Environmental Engineering, which are in perfect alignment with today’s technological challenges: Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Construction Management. The B. Eng. in Civil and Environmental Engineering is a four-year program specializing in practices essential to the continued stability of modern society. The faculty of the SEDS implement concepts of both micro and macro design necessary to effectively manage public and private facilities. This program combines the core disciplines of engineering with the latest technological advances. Students apply these concepts to modern engineering problems in a team environment to create inventive solutions. Graduates of this program can enter a variety of industries that directly impact the environment such as water and energy systems, transportation, and residential and industrial utility services.

The subjects of professional activity are engineering structures, equipment, information systems, and software products that ensure life safety, environmental protection, and protection in emergencies.

The main direction in the training of mining specialists is training in the most advanced, natural, and resource-saving technologies, modern achievements in the field of management technologies, and computer technology in engineering.

Master’s Degree is a postgraduate education level aimed at personnel training with the award of a “master” degree in the relevant educational program with compulsory acquisition of at least 60-120 academic credits.
