The Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering program provides a comprehensive technologic and scientific preparation for engineers in following four key areas of Civil and Environmental Engineering, which are in perfect alignment with today’s technological challenges: Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Construction Management. By delivering an MSc at an international standard level, we are offering our master’s students future opportunities in terms of Ph.D. and positions in the research center.

The Ph.D. program in Civil Engineering (further in the text: Ph.D. Program) fully taught in English, is designed to provide advanced skills and a fundamental knowledge base at the expert level for individuals planning a career in academic, industry, and research settings in any of the subfields of the Civil Engineering discipline.

Master’s Degree is a postgraduate education level aimed at personnel training with the award of a “master” degree in the relevant educational program with compulsory acquisition of at least 60-120 academic credits.

The B. Eng. in Civil and Environmental Engineering is a four-year program specializing in practices essential to the continued stability of modern society. The faculty of the SEDS implement concepts of both micro and macro design necessary to effectively manage public and private facilities. This program combines the core disciplines of engineering with the latest technological advances. Students apply these concepts to modern engineering problems in a team environment to create inventive solutions. Graduates of this program can enter a variety of industries that directly impact the environment such as water and energy systems, transportation, and residential and industrial utility services.
