3 Arbitration Degree Programs

The LL.M. AWArDS program is aimed at professionals, lawyers, and advanced students seeking solid and profound knowledge of international arbitration and investment arbitration. All participants will benefit from the experience of highly respected international academics and practitioners within the international arbitration, investment arbitration, and dispute resolution sectors, and with diversified and complementary roles (full-time law professors in France or from foreign countries, lawyers, international arbitrators, quantum experts, third party funders, etc.).

Leiden University’s Master of Laws in Advanced Studies in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration (LL.M.) is an high-level postgraduate programme on the theory and practice of international dispute settlement and arbitration in international law.

The International Arbitration LL.M. Program comprises nine months of intensive study and training in the field through specialized theoretical and practical international commercial and investment arbitration courses, including basic and advanced lectures, workshops, and seminars, as well as hands-on skills and academic writing courses.
