The purpose of the MBA program is to prepare participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes that will make them fit in general management positions in business (for profit and not for profit) organizations.

This is a two-year program aimed at preparing students for a career in business and related fields. Students are provided with a broad-based business management education that takes into account the management skills necessary to perform as a professional in the dynamic global business environment. It integrates faith and Christian values, enabling students to learn important skills effective managers and organizational leaders need to succeed in today’s global marketplace. This is a two-year program that provides the platform for the development of astute leadership competencies for Christian leaders from diverse backgrounds and institutions. The program prepares leaders to take greater responsibilities in the Church, church-related organizations and others in facilitating change and innovation, confronting social issues and ultimately driving improved performance throughout the organization. The MAOL provides the organizational leaders with an opportunity to acquire the required skills to lead their organizations effectively with Christian values and learn ethical behavior that facilitates the process of scrutinizing business behavior, providing greater transparency and accountability in African countries and other nations of the world.

The Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership program seeks to produce informed scholars for the local and global context of high integrity, who have a critical and a practical application of knowledge to issues related to organizational leadership, consulting, and research.
