Aerospace Engineering is the branch of engineering that deals with the design and manufacture of aircraft and space vehicles, as well as the systems that they require. Aerospace Engineering is based on advanced technology that needs to operate in severe and harsh environments, whilst being lightweight, reliable and efficient.
The graduate in Aerospace Engineering at UC3M will study subjects like aerodynamics, aero-elasticity, propulsion, flight dynamics and control, aircraft design, air and space transport, aerial navigation and airport systems. For the last year, the student can choose between a minor in Aerospace Vehicles and a minor in Aerospace Propulsion.
