The Master in International Human Resource Management provides future managers with the specialised knowledge, analytical, technical and managerial skills needed to make innovative and responsible contributions to the IHRM strategy of their organisation by attracting, developing and retaining human capital for optimum organisational performance in a global workplace challenged by major structural transitions.
