Introduction
History of Art
The objective of this Master’s Degree Course is to train graduates with an advanced level of preparation in relation to artistic and architectural manifestations from the early Christian age to the present day. This preparation, based on the knowledge acquired with the Degree, will deepen in greater depth in terms of the subjects treated and the development of an independent critical sense on the part of the student. Career Opportunities
The immediate employment prospects of the graduate in Art History are mainly located in the public and private institutions that deal with cultural heritage, both at state and local level (Superintendencies, Museums and Art Galleries, Archives and private institutions that organize exhibitions art, historical and special events). Another sector of possible employment is that of publishing. The possibility of autonomous employment activities is not excluded.
Program delivery
In addition to in-presence teaching, which continues to be the preferred method also in the next Academic Year, every single lesson will be simultaneously live-streamed and/or video recorded and uploaded on our digital platform for subsequent viewing. This mode is essential for students who are temporarily unable to be on premises.
