Biology
The Master's Degree course in Biology provides a highly specialized training course for access to advanced levels of training (Ph.D.) and to undertake scientific research in universities or in public or private research laboratories, project activities in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and agro/food companies and public and private organizations, and job opportunities in the fields of environmental impact, biodiversity and health.

Career Opportunities
Graduates in Biology curriculum Molecular and Cellular Biology can carry out professional and management activities as Biologists in the application areas, enrolling in the Biologist National Register (section A) after passing the State Exam for Professional Practice.
The Master’s graduates will receive tools in order to qualify for:
- research activities within public / private organizations (Universities, research centres);
- planning activities in the pharmaceutical, agro-food and biotechnological sectors and in public / private bio-analytic laboratories,
- counselling activities within the public / private administration (Regions, Museums, Parks and Protected Areas)
The Master’s graduates can also have access to courses and / or competitions as teachers of scientific disciplines in primary and higher public and private schools.
Program delivery
In addition to in-presence teaching, which continues to be the preferred method also in the next Academic Year, every single lesson will be simultaneously live-streamed and/or video recorded and uploaded on our digital platform for subsequent viewing. This mode is essential for students who are temporarily unable to be on premises.
