Biological Sciences
The Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences provides a solid preparation for scientific and methodological topics in the different fields of modern biology. These abilities will be acquired through lectures, tutorials, workshops, stages and field trips. Animal, plant, and microbial organisms will be investigated from a molecular, functional, morphological, and evolutionary point of view, with a focus on their relationships within the ecosystem. Graduates in Biological Sciences will have access to all the Master's degrees of the LM-6-Biology class and carry out work activities in public and private biomedical, biotechnological, environmental, and quality control companies.

Career Opportunities
The main employment and career opportunities for graduates of the course are professional and technical activities in:
- Biochemical, bio-sanitary, industrial, veterinary, food and biotechnological laboratories
- Public and private research and service agencies where living organisms and their components are classified and used
- Assessment of environmental impact, of the study of biodiversity and biological safety
Program delivery
In addition to in-presence teaching, which continues to be the preferred method also in the next Academic Year, every single lesson will be simultaneously live-streamed and/or video recorded and uploaded on our digital platform for subsequent viewing. This mode is essential for students who are temporarily unable to be on premises.
