The Baldwin Fellowships

The Baldwin Fellowships help students from countries where there are limited opportunities for advanced education in fields of research related to human origins.

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to Master’s and PhD students enrolled in a program related to the study of Human Origins or Evolution.

AWARD: Recipients will be awarded up to $15,000 per year.

NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program

The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program aims to help PhD students who are researching topics that will lead to major advances in accelerated computing and its applications. In addition, the Fellowship includes a summer internship preceding the Fellowship year.

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to students who have already completed their first year of Ph.D. level studies and have majors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related area.
Applicants must also be available to complete a summer internship prior to the start of their Fellowship year.

AWARD: Recipients will be awarded up to $60,000.

Creative Biolabs Scholarship

In a commitment to enhance support for research and advanced education in medical and science-related fields, Creative Biolabs offers their Scholarship Program, aimed at recognizing and rewarding one exceptional college student every year.

ELIGIBILITY: Any student who is currently enrolled/accepted at a college or university program in the medical or science-related fields is eligible to apply (undergraduate, graduate, associate degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or doctor's degree).

AWARD: The recipient will be awarded $1,000.

Schlumberger Foundation

Since 2004, The Faculty for the Future program awards fellowships to women from developing and emerging economies to pursue PhD or Post-doctorate research in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines at leading universities worldwide.

ELIGIBILITY: This fellowship is open to women from underrepresented STEM backgrounds in developing countries pursuing a Ph.D. or Post-doctoral research. Applicants should commit to returning to their home country to contribute to STEM fields or public sector policy-making.

AWARD: Recipients will be awarded up to USD 50,000 annually for a Ph.D. and USD 40,000 for a Post-doc, with a possibility of renewal.

ESED Scholarships

The Education for Sustainable Energy Development (ESED) program offers scholarships to approximately 12 students every year. They aim to inspire outstanding students from developing countries to study sustainable energy, fostering specialists in energy, climate, and electricity to tackle future challenges for sustainability.

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to Master's students in sustainable energy fields, who are citizens of developing countries (click here for the full list). Outstanding academic performance and a commitment to zero-carbon energy development are essential.

AWARD: Recipients will be awarded US$10,000 annually for up to two years.

The Wells Mountain Foundation Scholarships

The Wells Mountain Foundation aims to empower students by providing financial assistance for pursuing higher education, particularly for those facing economic challenges, by awarding 60-80 scholarships every year.

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to students, aged 35 or under, from developing countries pursuing their first bachelor's degree and planning to work in their home country after graduation.

AWARD: Awards range from $300 USD to $3000 USD per year, with an average amount of $1500 USD.

Meta Research PhD Fellowship Program

Fund For Education Abroad Scholarship

The Fund for Education Abroad (FEA) provides scholarships and support to underrepresented U.S. students, fostering global experiences for people of color, community college attendees, and first-generation college students.

ELIGIBILITY: This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate students with financial need, enrolled in a U.S. college or university.
