Introduction
This is a clinically enhanced version of our successful standard non-medical prescribing program. It is approved by the GPhC and provides a distance learning option for qualification as a clinically enhanced pharmacist independent prescriber. This version of the program is specifically for pharmacists working in hospitals, mental health, and community trusts, and for CCG and GP surgery pharmacists.

The programme consists of two compulsory modules at level 7
- Independent Prescribing in Practice
- Clinical Health Assessment and Diagnosis
Program Outcome
This programme aims to:
- prepare pharmacists to practice asprescribers
- meet the standards set by the respective professional or regulatory body as required within the legislative framework.
