Psychology of Business
In the global economy, the amount of projects done individually is decreasing in favor of teamwork, therefore, team-building and leadership skills are becoming increasingly valued on the job market. A modern team leader must be able to effectively support the team, know the mechanisms of raising motivation, and possess practical skills to resolve conflicts.
The specialization in psychology of business prepares a psychologist to work in the field of business psychology, occupational psychology and leadership. This programme of studies will equip you with team building and leadership skills. You will learn the mechanisms underlying motivation and you will gain practical negotiation skills necessary for business mediation.
