Carleton’s Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) is a wide-ranging and career-focused program that will provide you with the skills required to succeed in the rapidly changing worlds of medicine, biomedical research, and healthcare research. The Health Equity and Sustainability program (HES) is a one-year, fully online master’s program grounded in principles of equity and justice. The program addresses environmental, socio-economic, and political factors that shape health across the life course and develops current and future health leaders and global citizens.

This graduate certificate program provides basic management knowledge for practitioners and entry-level managers in the health sector. The Master of Health Services Management (MHSM) is jointly offered by the Dhillon School of Business and the Faculty of Health Sciences. Development of applied research, critical thinking and decision-making skills is embedded throughout the program, culminating with application in an integrated experience point project.

The PhD in Population Studies in Health is interdisciplinary and delivered jointly by the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Arts and Science. Students in this program are normally supervised by Faculty members in the Health Sciences and Social Science disciplines.

Occupational therapy is a dynamic, internationally-recognized health profession concerned with enabling occupation to promote health, well-being, social inclusion, and social justice at the individual, family, community, and societal levels. The Clinical Epidemiology and Research Management (CERM) field within the Advanced Health Care Practice master's program gives you the skills needed to build and lead research teams, design fundable studies, build and maintain the infrastructure needed to successfully carry out clinical research, and advance evidence-based thinking in your field. This one-year hybrid program means you will study online through asynchronous and synchronous learning opportunities and take advantage of networking during two short in-person residency periods.

The Master of Health Administration is a unique, comprehensive, accessible graduate program. It is a partnership between the graduate Nursing and Master of Business Administration programs at Laurentian University. The program was designed to meet the needs not only of nurses but all other health care providers who have transitioned to health administration. With an understanding that prospective students live in all areas of Canada from urban to remote and that travel for education isn’t feasible for all, we've designed a fully online delivery for maximum accessibility.
