The part-time Master of Science (MSc) distance learning course in business psychology imparts practice-oriented knowledge from current business life and trains future managers for a wide variety of areas of application. In addition to competencies in human resource and change management, training and coaching, areas such as marketing and market research are also used in this master's degree. The aim is to examine the “human factor” in depth and in a differentiated way from a business psychological point of view. Psychological and business issues are taken into account. In addition to the training in business administration and management, the students in the part-time master’s degree MBA – Business Psychology are given a sound basis of knowledge from general and differential psychology. During your studies you deal with various theories, models and methods, you can describe their core statements and meaning and transfer them to case studies. They are also able to analyze and assess interactions between environmental influences and personality factors. In the subject-specific business psychological application area of work and organizational psychology, the focus is on teaching methods and concepts and the ability to view them critically. The students learn to understand psychological components in personnel management and employee development and to take them into account when planning measures.
