MBA Business Psychology

In addition to the training in business administration and management, the students in the part-time master’s degree MBA – Business Psychology are given a sound basis of knowledge from general and differential psychology. During your studies you deal with various theories, models and methods, you can describe their core statements and meaning and transfer them to case studies. They are also able to analyze and assess interactions between environmental influences and personality factors.

In the subject-specific business psychological application area of work and organizational psychology, the focus is on teaching methods and concepts and the ability to view them critically. The students learn to understand psychological components in personnel management and employee development and to take them into account when planning measures.
