Midwifery
The degree course in Midwifery aims to train the professional who works autonomously and responsibly in the field of care and treatment, global, sexual, and reproductive health, and protects the psycho-physical and social well-being of women, the fetus and newborn, the family and the community. Graduates in midwifery are trained in the basic disciplines, physiology, and pathology of the Obstetrical, Neonatological, and Gynaecological Area also through the tutored clinical internship, which allows a progressive acquisition of knowledge, behaviour, and practical and communication skills.

In addition to in-presence teaching, which continues to be the preferred method also in the next Academic Year, every single lesson will be simultaneously live-streamed and/or video recorded and uploaded on our digital platform for subsequent viewing.
