MA Fashion Retail Management is adynamic and academically rigorous course. It is designed toequip students withessential retail management knowledge,international retailingexpertise,brand development and creativedirection skills demanded by fashion retailers operating in an increasingly competitiveand global environment. Youare encouraged to critically develop independent, inquiring and creative approaches to increasingly complexfashion retailing challenges. You will beable to analyse relevantacademic theories and apply them toreal fashion retail situations. You will be able tocombine cutting-edge approaches in retail formats andbrand management to develop appropriate solutions for fashion retail environments. You will have the knowledge to critically evaluate the retail business environment, and criticise retail growth strategies and operations. You will examine and explore the concept of customer experience with experiential and sensory design from real to virtual situations. Your creativeapproach will beutilised toexplore the convergence of thephysical and virtual store inboth visual and strategic forms. The courseembracesleaders from industry, who share their insights on what is happening in fashion retail today, partners with industry on liveprojects and undertakes industry visits both locally and internationally; this integration ensures the course is highly relevant.
