Degree in Architecture Studies
The La Salle Higher Technical School of Architecture ( ETSALS ) - Ramon Llull University offers an experience of learning Architecture and Building , working with the talent of leading architects from Barcelona , as well as from the rest of the world.
A personalized study plan with various options guides the student based on their interests. It is articulated in three main axes of knowledge:
- Architectural design : involves linking the fact of knowing how to build what is imagined in a cultural and professional reality that gives it meaning.
- The technical-scientific axis is the domain of constructive knowledge as a sensitive and manipulable aspect.
- Cultural-humanistic axis is necessary to guide the student, the future architect, in an active, intensive and critical view.

Thanks to the personalization of the Degree according to the interests of the students, graduates of the La Salle University Ramon Llull Architecture Studies prepare for a diversity of disciplines typical of the architects of this century. They will be able to work and lead national and international projects, regardless of the country where the architectural firm, company or institution where they work is located.
- You can create your own studio or be part of an architecture or engineering studio, or public institutions.
- Working in civil or public works, in new construction or restoration.
- Be an expert in urban planning, landscaping or environmental sustainability and energy efficiency of construction.
- Consultancy of Restoration, rehabilitation and changes of use of buildings. You can design interiors, objects, furniture, even work in performing arts.
- Carry out Retail projects, and Facility Manager.
- Create designs of digital environments for cinema or video games.
- You can dedicate yourself to university research or teaching or BIM consulting.

Methodology
The structure of the Degree in Architecture consists of a total of 6 years (3 + 2 + 1), divided into three parts: two cycles and an enabling master's degree that, when passed by the student, enables them to obtain the degree in architect , and full skills to sign their own projects.

With the new Smart Learning model, students will have a training which will be:

- Flexible, because it overcomes the barriers of the online or face-to-face methods with a platform that allows face-to-face, blended and distance learning.
- Intelligent, because it is a new way of teaching and learning that combines physical and interactive experiences.
- Technological, in order to implement the Smart Learning methodology, classrooms have been transformed into Smart Classrooms, which consist of:
- Audio system with more than 800 virtual microphones per classroom
- Cameras equipped with artificial intelligence
- Smart Boards to share content to and from the Smart Classroom, enhancing collaborative work.
